Hi guys, hope everyone is going well. Got another delicious recipe to share with you. This time I made some really nice waffles using cold-brewed coffee. Nescafé gave me a Dolce Gusto coffee machine to try. And I used the cold-brewed coffee to try to make a waffle recipe with it. Hope you guys will enjoy it.

Gluten-free Granola Waffle Sticks Eat Natural
4 portions
Ingredients
180gr Eat Natural gluten free boekweit
150gr gluten-free flour
1 egg*
100ml almond milk (or other option)
1 tbsp. olive oil
* you can also make this recipe vegan by using for example no-egg or 3 tablespoons of whipped aquafaba for a similar effect.
Instructions
Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl so the granola is well coated with the gluten-free flour. Add in the egg*, milk, and olive oil and give it a good stir for a sticky dough.
Heat up your waffle iron and bake the waffles. While still warm it’s the easiest to cut them with a sharp bread knife to let them set. Serve them with a dip of your choice. I used sweetened cream and jam. But coffee is also really good. Enjoy!
Tip: Keep them in an airtight container good for about 2 days. They are also an easy snack to eat.
