Summertime is perfect to try out some milkshake recipes. This time I tried to make it protein rich by adding a bar into the recipe. I partnered with Eat Natural for creating these. I’m a big fan of their granola and used them before in the past so I was really happy they decided to work with me again. I hope you enjoy it!
Protein bar milkshake with Miso
1 bar of Eat Natural Protein Packed
100ml almond milk
1 tsp. of light miso paste
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream (or any ice-cream you prefer)
Heat up the almond milk in a little saucepan with the crumbled bar of Eat Naturals protein-packed & the teaspoon of miso. Bring slowly to a boil and when hot turn off the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
In a blender or using a hand mixer pour the mixture from the pan and give it a good long spin until smooth. If it’s too thick add some water to it.
Scoop out the vanilla ice-cream in your glass of choice. use 3 scoops and pour over the blended mixture for a delicious protein-packed dessert.
