Oats are an often used breakfast dish here but mostly for sweet dishes. So after seeing some examples online I decided to try to make a version using more savory spices to see how that would work out. I partnered with Eat Natural for creating these. I’m a big fan of their granola and used them before in the past so I was really happy they decided to work with me again. I hope you enjoy it!

Savory Overnight Oats with fried egg
1 portion

Ingredients
150gr of Eat Natural Super Granola Fibre Packed
200ml almond milk
1 tsp. miso paste
1 egg
Other toppings of your choice

Instructions
Heat up the almond milk in a little saucepan with the miso. Mix in the granola and let it rest in a small container until cooled down. Put in the fridge overnight for it to set for breakfast.

The next morning heat it up the mixture a little in a pan or microwave. Serve it with a fried egg on top with any toppings to your liking. Kimchi for example is one of my favorites. Enjoy!
