Yup another sandwich waffle for this Hold-Your-Waffle-Wednesday, but this time a sweet version of it. Using just simple brownie & blondie batter you can easily make this waffles and stack them up for a nice dessert or maybe even a birthday treat. But watch out this is so sweet and addicting I bet you want to make it again after you finish it.
Brownie-blondie Waffle Sandwiches
200g dairy butter
30g vanilla sugar
80g fine sugar
80g dark brown sugar
100g white chocolate (finely chopped)
100g dark chocolate (finely chopped)
Heat up two small saucepan to melt 100g of the dairy butter in them. Grab two bowls and break two of the eggs in each one. In one bowl add 15g of vanilla sugar with the fine sugar and in the other bowl add the last remaining vanilla sugar with the dark brown sugar.
When the butter melted use a mixer in one bowl and keep mixing while adding the butter in a small stream. Mix until cooled and combined. Repeat this step for the other bowl with the remaining butter.
Add the white chocolate with 80g of the flour in one bowl and mix through. Do the same for the other bowl. Now our batter is ready.
Heat up your waffle iron and bake a generous tablespoon of batter for one waffle. When done let them cool down a bit. To make the waffle sandwiches I like to add chopped fudge with marshmallow fluff. Enjoy!
