We’re at waffle recipe number 45 already! Today we’ve got a sweet waffle. One with my all time favorite chocolates which is white chocolate. And since we love Nutella as a spread we are more than happy we also got a spread with white chocolate. This waffle has a nice buttery substance and the sweet combines perfectly with the sour berries. Please let us know what you guys think. Happy Waffle Wednesday!
White chocolate paste waffles with forest berries
5g baking soda
90g white chocolate paste (extra for garnish)
100g frozen forest berries (extra for garnish)
In a bowl mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Make a dent in the middle and add the egg. Stir through while mixing with the milk until you’ve got a nice batter. When combined grab a spatula and mix through with the white chocolate paste. Heat up your waffle iron and as a final step add the berries. Bake about one-and-a-half tablespoon of batter for one waffle until out of batter. Serve the waffles warm with extra white chocolate paste and frozen forest berries. Enjoy!
